Low Description
We shouldn't generate empty artifact links when there are no artifacts for the build
Bamboo shows an artifact link; clicking on that link takes to a page that shows the artifact's name.
Steps to reproduce
Configure a plan with a script (that just prints something and creates a directory "target").
Then, add an artifact (shared or not) something like: location = target, pattern = */.zip.
