      Issue Summary

      Even you toggled on for 'Email me when users create new products' in Discovered products admin settings, notification are delayed like few days.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
      2. Open Security > Discovered products
      3. Turned toggle on 'Email me when users create new products'
      4. Create new product by org managed accounts
      5. Confirm the new product listed on Discovered products page

      Expected Results

      Admin receive discovered products notification email accordingly

      Actual Results

      notification are delayed and admin get receive it after few days when product created

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
