Currently the transfer checklist consists of below blockers:
- Remove your SAML single sign-on and user provisioning configurations
- Remove Google Workspace configurations
- Cancel your Atlassian Guard subscription
- Cancel your Enterprise subscription by contacting support
- Remove all domains
- Remove organization API keys
- Remove IP allowlists
- Reset user access settings
- Remove all email domains
Problem:
Additional blocker to transfer process has been identified, which is not currently listed in the checklist:
- Atlassian Intelligence: Disable Atlassian Intelligence for all apps
Invisible blockers make it difficult for customers to understand why the Transfer option is unavailable, and require to contact Atlassian support.
Suggestion:
Update the Transfer Checklist to include Atlassian Intelligence, so that customers have a complete and clear guide for resolving blockers independently. This will enhance the user experience, and save time by reducing dependency on support teams.
