Summary
Whenever customers want to delete their Atlassian organizations, all products must be deleted. Since Rovo is a free product that admins can’t delete, it blocks the organization deletion to happen, requiring manual intervention from Atlassian.
Suggestion
Since the organization will be deleted and Rovo won't be needed there, while we have ROVO-144 to allow admins to delete it, this is a suggestion to allow the org deletion process to bypass Rovo being needed to be deleted as well.
[AX-429] Allow organization deletion to bypass Rovo's subscription
