Issue Summary

Currently when you verify and claim a domain, all the accounts become managed under one organization only. 

This can be troublesome when a worldwide large company has multiple divisions connected only by the top domain for the email.

Should an organization, corresponding to a division, claims the domain, all the users would become managed under that organization only. This could lead to undesired results as the divisions may likely be divided legally, physically and economically.
