Unable to activate Atlassian Guard subscription due to existing deleted subscription

      Issue Summary

      Customers trying to start an Atlassian Guard subscription encounter an error message stating "Something went wrong. Please try again later" or "Something went wrong. Please contact support." Upon investigation using internal tools, it appears that a deleted instance of an Atlassian Guard subscription is preventing the creation of a new subscription.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start an Atlassian Guard subscription.
      2. Delete the subscription and wait for the product data to be completely removed.
      3. Attempt to start a new Atlassian Guard subscription.
      4. Observe the error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again later" or "Something went wrong. Please contact support."

      Expected Results

      The Atlassian Guard subscription should successfully start, as the old one has been deleted.

      Actual Results

      An error is thrown during the attempt to subscribe a second time, displaying messages such as "Something went wrong. Please try again later" or "Something went wrong. Please contact support."

      Workaround

      Contact the Customer Advocate team to reactivate the previously deleted subscription
