After inviting a new user from a different email domain, a popup message will appear to suggest adding the email domain of the user you invited as an approved domain.
Users can approve or decline the action, but the message can be misunderstood by admins as part of the user invite process and they may unknowingly add the approved domain without actually meaning to. This can lead to issues later on where users from the domain are joining the products without admin approval.
At the moment it's only possible to prevent these suggestions from appearing again for email domains of the users that were just invited. It would be great if there is an option to disable this type of popup message indefinitely for an organisation, to prevent other admins from accidentally adding new approved domains while inviting new users.

Why Atlassian suddenly introducing such an insecure option of Approved Domains in the User's Invitation Email for the Jira and Confluence product platforms for the paid subscription account customers (admin) who already have the control of everything on their hand?
Is there any specific reason for introducing such product related release/update without alerting the customers on the outcome of such a violation (loophole) from the end users side?
