      Issue Summary

      User condition with the automation rule does not work as expected with while using Project roles

      Steps to Reproduce

      Trigger: Issue created/Manual Trigger
      Condition 1: If block
      Inside If block add user Condition
      Assignee is in role "Service desk team"
      Action: Transition issue

      The issue works as expected with the groups and even the individual user but not while using the project roles 

      Expected Results

      If the issue is empty(unassigned) the Automation rule should not get executed

      Actual Results

      The rule gets executed even if the Assignee is empty (Unassigned) the Automation is triggered and this rule applies.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
