Summary

Automation for Jira is implementing a new component for sending emails, the "Send customized email" component is replacing the old "Send email" component.

As a user of a HIPAA compliant organization, the ask is to add the new component to sites which are HIPAA enabled.

Expected results

HIPAA enabled sites should be able to use the new "Send customized email" component for parity with other sites 

Actual results

HIPAA-enabled sites have the new component disabled at this time. 

Workaround

The legacy component can be used as it is the only functional component at this time.
