      Current scenario

When using the For each page owned by a deactivated account, you must choose a space. However, there are some triggers, such as the Scheduled which doesn't depend on a space.

Therefore, if the For each page owned by a deactivated account is set to Same space as trigger, the automation rule will throw a warning when running the Validate rule feature, for example:

      (!)This component may be incompatible

One of the following needs to be produced earlier in the rule by the trigger or with a 'for each' branch for this component to work:

      • Space

In a scenario like this, the user could manually specify a space on the Branch rule / for each page owned by a deactivated account however, it might not be helpful if their use case is verifying all spaces.

      Suggested solution

Allow the "Branch rule / for each page owned by a deactivated account" to run for all spaces.
