Issue Summary

Deployment successful trigger displays a warning "Connect a deployment tool to use this trigger" despite of having deployment set up with bitbucket. Despite of the warning, the rule is executing successfully. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Integrate Bitbucket with Jira 
2. Set up deployment integration
3. Create a rule in the same project with "deployment successful trigger"
