Enforce IP Allowlists on Home and Goals apps

      User Problem

      I would like Atlassian Home and Goals to only be accessible on the IP addresses included on the IP Allowlist set up for our organization.

      Add support for Atlassian Atlas to enforce IP Allowlists set up for an organization.

            Hopefully this feature can be done. We won't want our Big Goals with status easily obtain by users from their mobile devices publicly.
