Exporting goals when using Sort By exports in a different order than they've been sorted

      Issue Summary

      CSV Export does not appear to respect the Sort By setting. It only exports the Goals shown in the filter, but the order doesn't match the Sort By option.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open Atlas and click Goals
      2. Filter so fewer than 1000 Goals are shown
      3. Sort the Goals by any criteria
      4. Export to CSV

      Expected Results

      The exported Goals appear in the same order as displayed in-product.

      Actual Results

      The exported Goals appear in a different order than the chosen Sort By option.

      Workaround

      No known workaround. If all sort criteria appeared in the export then it may be possible to sort in the spreadsheet program.

      For example, Target Date is not formatted consistently in the export, making it difficult to sort after being exported.

            Hi e748d585531d I've come to realize that the problem may not solely lie with the CSV export, or perhaps not at all. I apologize if this was previously misinterpreted. I've reassessed the ticket, updated our internal team ticket, and elevated its priority. Additionally, I'm consulting with the team to determine if this issue warrants being escalated to a critical status or even an incident.

            I just saw that "long term backlog" status has been set. This is a major bug. I remember that the problem is not what appears in the description. The problem has nothing to do with export.
            The problem is that sorting by target date in goals doesn't work well.
