Goals directory infinite loading when filtering with 6 or more tags

      Issue Summary

      When filtering Goals by several tags (6 or more), results don't finish loading. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Goals
      2. Add a Team filter and see the results load 
      3. Add 5 tags and you'll get the results
      4. Add the 6 and see how results never load

      Expected Results

      Goals are filtered by 6 or more tags

      Actual Results

      The results never finish loading. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            Thank you for the quick response! I have a minor clarification for you:

            1., 5 tags + a Team loads just fine
            2., 6 tags stuck indefinitely, even without a Team.

            Hello! Dev team here - we are moving this to long term backlog. Although filtering by a team and 5+ tags should result in an error as this is tripping the query budget, the infinite loading state is not ideal. 

            We will put in a fix for this soon. Thanks for your patience
