As a user, I would like to customise the Home Url similar to other Atlassian products

      Currently, the Atlassian Home URL is in the format https://home.atlassian.com?cloudId. However, I would like to customize it as in other Atlassian products, e.g., Confluence URL format: https://XYZ.atlassian.net/
