 Allow to customize digest email notifications (frequency and logo)

      User Problem

      Users would like to have the ability to customize email notification frequency for goal and project updates. While some users would like to receive updates on a different weekday, others would love to trigger notifications the moment an update is posted. 

      Users would also like to add a company logo to the email instead of "Atlassian."
