Editing the Start Date on the Goals page will result in the previous day being selected

      Issue Summary

      When you create a Goal, you can then enter/edit the "Start Date" field but doing so will then result in the day before being shown. Ex You enter in 1/28/2025, it will show 1/27/2025 after saving.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to your Goals page
      2. Create a goal and give it a start date.
      3. Edit the goal's start date and save
      4. It shows the day before the selected date

      Expected Results

      The date you select remaining.

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            The only workaround is to add more 1 day to your Start Date. I.E. you want to start on April the 1st, then you have to select April the 2nd.
