Allow users to opt-out of Reminders and Digest notifications in Notification Preferences

      User Problem

      In Notification Preferences, users aren't allowed to opt out of email and all other notification methods for Reminders and Digests.

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow users to opt-out of Reminders and Digest notifications in Notification Preferences.

      Current Workarounds

      Unsubscribe from all projects and goals, and archive all projects and goals where a user is the owner.
