Unable to create or delete metric on an archived goal

      Issue Summary

      When creating or deleting a progress metric on an archived goal, an error message is thrown (see screenshots below).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a metric on a goal
      2. Archive the goal
      3. Go to the metric's Settings > Delete > confirm deletion

      Expected Results

      The metric is deleted and the confirmation of successful deletion is displayed.

      Actual Results

      Network throws this message: 

      "Exception while fetching data (/setIsMetricArchived) : cannot update progress on an archived goal"

      Workaround

      Restore the goal to delete or create a metric.
