This would be an immense help to our service desk customers since one of their main struggles is catching up within all the emails they regularly get and have to be able to communicate back and play catch up on details. This also empowers the chat feature on our incidents and better create workflows through email than having a bunch of request type filters! Please consider and deploy.
It will be helpful if we have it for all the instances modes like both cloud and data center edition. We have both Server and Cloud instances.
