Recently, under Development Tools, a new hyperlink has appeared with the option to 'Open in VS Code'.

For users that do not use VS Code, we want to be able to disable this hyperlink as it takes up space on the screen and is unnecessarily added to our Jira site. 

Please provide a way to disable the 'Open in VS Code' button, or provide a way to configure which options appear to users under Development tools so we can disable it.
