Disable internal comments on JSD project connections for Jira + Slack

      When a JSD project is connected to a Slack channel, currently both external and internal comments are sent to the Slack channel if the user has subscribed the channel to "comment added" events.

      The requirement is to enable the project administrator the ability to disable internal comment events, so that members of the channel that are connected to this JSD project do not see internal comments on the ticket, only external ones.

            Melinda and I work together, and I am adding that I would like to see the option to disable the comments at the system level, not leaving it up to individual project admins.

            Also, any Jira issue comment if it is hidden (restricted visibility), should not post in a Slack channel.  If a comment is restricted to a specific role or user group, the slack notification should NOT post the comment text in the slack channel (or at least should be configurable).
