      Problem Definition

At the moment, if the pull request commented notification is enabled in Bitbucket - Slack integration, a Slack notification will be sent for all comments added to a PR.

Some customers have integrations (e.g. with SonarQube) that generate a lot of comments in PRs, and they would like to prevent Slack notifications for these specific comments.

      Suggested Solution

Provide a way to prevent Slack notifications for PR comments from certain users.

[API-665] Prevent pull request comment notifications from certain users

This is super annoying. I liked getting these as async emails, but now my slack bell is ringing constantly for PRs I've already approved even in room I've muted.

I regret clicking the allow button for Bitbucket every day.

Honestly this feels like a setting that Slack should support. Ability to mute @ mentions in muted channels selectively.
