At the moment in MS Team app when clicking on + there is an option called Request Support when clicking on that it comes up with the attached message.
This is not user-friendly and causes confusion for the end users about whether the button actually raises a support request to the internal team or Atlassian. The Request Support needs clarification early e.g. Contact Atlassian Support. Ideally, the link should take the user straight to the Atlassian support portal instead of opening another message box.
Also, the message should say " If the problem continues to persist, please contact your site admin to raise a ticket through our Atlassian Support Team ... "
The none - admin users won't be able to raise the ticket to Atlassian Support.
