Steps to Reproduce:
- Deauth the user from the add-on
- Close Excel
- Browse to connected apps and revoke access for the user
- Reopen excel and try to run a query
Expected Results:
Prompt the user to re-auth
Actual Results:
"no auth for user during caching" is displayed after running JQL to fetch issues
Workaround:
Re-auth the connection.
Similar issue has been occurring to me. Re-authenticating also didn't help in this case.
