On using "Open with Microsoft Excel" option to export issues, the summary and description field consisting of date and time information is displayed as 1

      Issue Summary

      When we have a summary and description field consisting of date and time information then on exporting issues using "Open with Microsoft Excel" the data is displayed as 1

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue with a summary and description consisting of the Date and time(2022-06-05T07:36:38.000Z)
      2. Then filer that using a JQL and export using the "Open with Microsoft Excel" option.
      3. On the export, we will notice that the data is exported as shown below:-

      Expected Results

      The data for the summary and description fields should get exported as shown in the Jira UI

      Actual Results

      The data is displayed as "1"

      Workaround

      The workaround is to use other export options like CSV
