Issue Summary
When using the Jira Cloud Excel app, you're only able to see your own filters, even if you have other filters shared with your user/group/project.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open an Excel workspace connected to a Jira Instance using the Add-in
- Try to select a filter created by another user that is shared with you in that instance
Expected Results
It's expected you should see all filters shared with you in that instance.
Actual Results
You're only able to see your own filters, this prevents you from sharing filters with other users that want to update the Excel workbook.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
It is important to note that a shared filter will not be visible until it has been saved. When a user shares a filter, that filter will only become visible to others in the Excel App when other users save these filters. All saved filters can then be found under the Starred drop-down menu.
