I think we found the fix

Step 1: Remove Atlassian app connections

            Go to: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps

            • Remove the following apps (if present):
            • ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud
            • Jira Cloud for Sheets

Step 2: Remove Google OAuth access

            Go to: https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en-GB

            • Find and remove the connection called Jira Cloud for Sheets.

Step 3: Reopen the add-on in Google Sheets

            • Open any Google Sheet.
            • Go to Extensions > Jira Cloud for Sheets > Open.
            • When prompted, re-authorize access (you’ll see the Google OAuth window).
            • Confirm all required permissions.

The add-on should now load correctly and be connected with a fresh token.

            Hello,

This is Leonardo from Atlassian. I work on the Cloud support team.

We have investigated that error, and we found out that the error is being thrown because Google's endpoint (responsible for retrieving the sheets' ID) simply returns a server error for some sheets.

We performed a test with the endpoint at https://developers.google.com/sheets/api/reference/rest/v4/spreadsheets/get

We have already opened a bug on Google's issue tracker: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/197649180?pli=1

            Hi,

This issue occurs in my team's sheet that we used for many months. I had to create new files with a single sheet in it as a workaround - that works.

Funny thing is that when I create a file in which I move one sheet - things work. But when I move a few (4-5) more, things stop working in the new file.
