[API-438] Open in Google Sheets results in State mismatch! error or Session cookie not found. Please try again. error

JQL export to Google Sheets will result in either of two errors:
1. "State mismatch!"
or
2. "Session cookie not found. Please try again."
for URL https://sheets-jira-production.atl-pi-dev.net/callback/sheets/auth?state=[REDACTED]

From the issue navigator perform an advanced search
Click on the Google Sheets option
Go through the OAuth flow as appropriate and grant permission for "Jira Cloud for Sheets"

No errors returned

Initially I was getting a "State mismatch!" error but now am consistently getting the following "Session cookie not found. Please try again." error

Use the Export button to export as CSV then import into Google Sheets
