Custom Fields for Issue Creation

    Description

      We use different custom field values to control some automations. Therefore it is necessary, that those fields show up on the create screen so the users may control the behaviour.

      In our current setup we have a radio button with two options. We configured the field mandatory to hide the "none" option and we configured one option to be the default (pre-selected). Currently it is not possible to select the different option in the Outlook add-in since the field is not shown on the create screen.

      In general it would really be helpful having more control about what fields are available on issue creation. It would be great if users could have a button "Configure Fields" (just like on Jira's create issue dialog), that enables them to select other fields configured on the issue's create screen in Jira. At least for those field types that are shipped with Jira by default.
