      Issue Summary

      While configuring the add-on the customer receives the next error: The app has been installed but cannot be enabled.

      They checked with IT team. Nothing is blocked from their end.
      They are getting 403 Forbidden nginx
      https://msteams-jira-server.service.signalr.net

      After they re-installed the add-on one more error appeared while using the Tabs option in MS Teams

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Marketplace 
      2. Install Microsoft Teams for Jira Server 
      3. Go to Jira Server to configure the add-on

      Expected Results

      The app is installed and ready to use. From the configuration page in Jira user is able to copy the Jira ID. 

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      ERROR ServiceRunner [c.microsoft.signalr.OkHttpWebSocketWrapper] WebSocket closed from an error: Error in handshake Server connection dropped..
      

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
