    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

We want to configure certain web hook connectors be configured to display different Jira custom fields on the MS Teams card.

For example, our card currently displays:

      • The Summary
      • Priority
      • Issue Type
      • Assigned To
      • Reporter
      • Status

We would like to be able to configure it to display additional custom fields we created related to the issue such as:

      • Office Location
      • Sales/Operations Territory

It would be great if we can implement this feature.

I would like to see notification alerts in Teams when someone has tagged me in an issue, updated a ticket that I am assigned to or watching.

I would also like to see the fields (and custom fields) be be configurable.

            Please add this feature

Adding my two cents to this request.  I love that I can link Jira issues/task to a MS Teams  channel for those not familiar with Jira (and don't need to be other than completing their assigned tasks i.e. Sales People)  It is disappointing that the due date not only doesn't default but can not even be added.  Is there any update on the ability to customize MS Teams view?

Would echo the above comments and add that being able to customize this view for a broader audience (think front line teams) so that they can see summaries that make sense and potentially vote on or watch issues right from the summary board.

Is there a ticket specific to Jira CLOUD for this functionality?  I haven't been able to locate in order to vote on...

The current extremely limited view, and inability to display columns as defined on the Saved Filter, brings no value to my customers trying to get benefit of Jira within Teams

+1 I have different Teams and Channels for different stakeholders - of course they need to see different information, and I can't customize what I am pulling in from JIRA

Really, Atlassian needs to test drive the Teams Planner plug-in and ensure that product offers absolutely nothing marginally useful that isn't also offered in the Jira integration; everyone with MS Teams will already have Planner available for free; Jira is clearly worth the extra cost, but in the early stages of convincing people Jira is the way to go, it would be easier if said people couldn't latch onto some tiny feature from Planner and whine about losing it.

For me, colored squares representing keywords attached to issues in Planner (hover to get keyword text) is something the people using it like and something I really want to see in Jira in general and in the Teams integration specifically. They use keywords like "Aftermarket", "Service", "Warranty", "ActiveJob", etc and they all now know what each colored box represents. This tiny feature is literally stopping a multi-national with hundreds of user from adopting Jira right now.

Would be great to have the ability to customize the columns in MS Teams. The defaults are missing key column's like "Due" for example. Plus there are column's certain customers would like to hide.

Would be great to be able to customize fields viewable in Teams issue table. My project would love to have custom date fields from Jira such as due date show up in Teams Menu.
