Add [assignee] and [project] fields to the /jira create command

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      It would be super useful to be able to create a task and specify which project and assignee it is, all within one message command.

      That way, we can use macros/hotkeys to add tasks within the desired project and the appropriate assignee within two key presses, leaving just the task summary to be typed
