Resolution: Won't Fix
Description
Currently we state in some docs of our OnDemand:
- Integrating JIRA Cloud with Stash
Note that your Stash application must be accessible through port 80 (or port 443 with a valid SSL certificate)
However, the list of CA authorities is available in a different document:
- Restricted Functions in Atlassian OnDemand
Restricted Function Configurable on Request? Notes Installing intermediate SSL certificates NO It is not possible to install intermediate certificates in JIRA Cloud. The potential impact might be that you will run into problems when adding secure POP/IMAP mail servers that have certificates signed by non-root CAs.
The workaround is to obtain a certificate signed by a trusted root Certification Authority (CA). The full list is here.
Thus, can we link which CA authorities we accept as valid certificates to the pages like Integrating JIRA Cloud with Stash?
