Provide the ability to export user/group data

Would like the ability to generate a list of all groups and the users who are members (of that group), or use a specific type of license (regular vs Service Desk customer). Ideally this would be in CSV or some form that could be imported into a spreadsheet so I could do various filters and pivots on it.
