Description
Scenario 1:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user in Jira OnDemand, Assign the correct application access.
2. Remove the "users" group from the account memberships
3. Try to login with the user
Result: The login page refreshes without any error.
This causes confusion for the customer as there is no indication what is wrong.
Scenario 2:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user in Jira OnDemand, Assign the correct application access.
2. Remove the "users" group from the account memberships
3. Place a gadget on the system dashboard that retrieves data from a project
3. Try to login with the user
Result: The login page refreshes with the following error; "This dashboard does not contain any gadgets or you do not have permission to view them. Perhaps you need to log in to see them."
Due to this error the customer starts troubleshooting project permissions.
Both scenarios are unclear and could be better communicated when this is wrong.
