Automatically send/display reminders daily at a specified time, if no hours logged against a task.

I would like to be able to configure Jira Studio to automatically send an email reminder (or maybe an in-system notification) to specific user groups on specific projects, every business day at the end of the workday, if they haven't logged any time against an issue during that day.
