As a user, I want to be able to see the most recent comments, particularly if I can see there has been activity on a question

For example: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/29024/dashboard-managing-permissions-for-groups

This was showing as a recently updated question, but you can't see my (excellent) comment because it's the last one, and there are already 16+. If you are limiting the number of comments displayed, at least hide the oldest and not the newest, or the ones with least upvotes. I find this behaviour very confusing.
