"expand-source" not working anymore

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      If you add a code block with the collapse checkbox checked, there used to be an "expand source" link, but alas no more.

      Two ways to reproduce:

      1. This question should have an expand-source: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/17275/announcements-on-answers-again
      2. Answer a q, add code, click the Collapse checkbox, then show preview, you see nothing.
