Bad URL encoding

      When linking external URLs, space char ' ' is HTLM encoded.
      Example: 'https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1330 ' <--- Space here.

      => 'https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1330 '

      URL should be trimmed if not properly encoded by the user.
