Answers provides no valid way for vendors to advertise plugins

We've previously encouraged plugin vendors to use the forums to advertise their plugins - and it makes sense for them to have a place where they can do this. Unfortunately, this doesn't map so well to Answers - e.g. https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/2278/free-requirement-management-for-jira-studio .

Could we perhaps have a single forum remaining open for plugin vendors, or some guidance on the correct way to use Answers for advertising?
