1. A while back I instabanned the user 'ccmails' : https://answers.atlassian.com/users/46169/cc-malls/ for spamming
2. in the last hour I got an notification email (attached) from said user with more of the same (shouldn't be possible?)
3. In that email there is a subject link that links to (a broken url):
https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/167299/unable-to-send-email-and-error-as-javaxmailnosuchproviderexception/167917
Whereas the actual article URL is:
https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/167299/unable-to-send-email-and-error-as-javax-mail-nosuchproviderexception
This not something that happens everywhere. I don't know the purpose of last number part of the URL, its probably mean to be #167917 not /167917
