Add Jira project metadata in the Atlassian Data Lake

      User Problem

      We would like to have Jira project metadata available to query in Atlassian Analytics. We want to be able to represent Jira project collections and hierarchy based on project metadata. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Add Jira project metadata as a new table in the Atlassian Data Lake. 

      Current Workarounds

      The "Project category" column can be used for grouping simple project collections in Analytics. Including more project level fields will be valuable for querying more complex Jira project hierarchies and groupings.

            This is somewhat related to JRACLOUD-1991 and ANALYTICS-398.

            Our challenge is that we need more Project specific fields for categorisation that are also available in Atlassian Analytics. These fields should be editable only by Jira Admins and/or Project Admins.
