Today, we're excited to announce that we have achieved ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance for Rovo and Atlassian Intelligence underscoring our commitment to the security, confidentiality, and availability of our products.

Achieving SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance certifications is an exciting milestone as we continue to build secure, transparent, and scalable AI solutions that all customers can adopt with confidence. We are committed to meeting your compliance and security requirements across our portfolio.

If you’re eager to learn more, you can access the Rovo SOC 2 and ISO 27001 reports in our Compliance Resource Center. As a reminder, these reports are the output of an assessment of Rovo and Atlassian Intelligence against the required compliance criteria completed by an independent third-party certified public accountant (CPA) firm.

Curious about how to evaluate SOC 2 and ISO compliance for Atlassian Intelligence?

Because Atlassian Intelligence is part of our platform, and not a standalone product or entity, such as Jira or Confluence, its features are developed and managed through components that depend on the controls and processes of the parent product, along with some shared capabilities with Rovo. To review SOC 2 and ISO27001 reports for Atlassian Intelligence features, please review the parent product report in conjunction with the Rovo reports.

We understand the importance of such certifications in providing our clients with the assurance they need regarding the security and reliability of our services. This feature request is to track the SOC 2 or ISO certification for Atlassian Intelligence.

While we do not have a specific ETA yet, preliminary work to achieve these certifications is already in progress. Stay tuned for new updates about this request once we have news about the progress.
