Issue Summary
Advanced search gives partial page name results, however, basic search gives full page title on the search
Steps to Reproduce
- create a page with the name Foo_bar vs. Zoo_bar
- search it under advance search by typing just zoo_bar
- search it under quick search by typing just zoo_bar
Expected Results
It should give the same results i.e full page title instead of the partial page title.
Actual Results
In Advance search, if you type a partial page title, it will show the partial page title as a result instead of Foo_bar vs. Zoo_bar.
Basic search works as expected
Workaround
Use Basic search instead of advance search
Per Support, this also happens if you have a longer title of your JSM KB article and you will only get a partial name when you search for the KB article in JSM and then attach it to a customer response. This affects my JSM customers as they will see the same article with different names for the same article if an Agent attaches a link in a customer response vs the customer finding it on their own in search. See my 'ExampleBehavior' attachment for more details.
