Issue Summary
When using Atlassian Intelligence to search for answers, results are sometimes displayed momentarily then disappear, and the below message is shown:
Atlassian Intelligence can't provide a response right now. Read more in our support documentation
Steps to Reproduce
- Select the search field in the navigation (or use the slash / shortcut).
- Enter your question.
- Select Ask AI in the box that appears.
(This issue is intermittent )
Expected Results
The search/question answered by Atlassian Intelligence should be displayed for the user.
Actual Results
The results are displayed momentarily, then disappear, and the below message is shown:
Atlassian Intelligence can't provide a response right now. Read more in our support documentation
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
