[CONFCLOUD-81026] Atlassian Intelligence page summary doesn't translate if the page only has title.

Atlassian Intelligence page summary translates the result to the user's preferred language configurable at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences. However, it's not translated if the page only has a title.

Set the language to other than English from https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
Create a page with only a title
Try to summarize it

It returns the result in the Language you set step.1.

It returns the result in English. This also happens if the page only has macros like Children Display Macro.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
