Associate Managed account with a Cloud Instance

      Problem Definition

      As an Org Admin, its important to determine the cloud instance(s) in which a user has access

      Suggested Solution

      Add a column in managed accounts with the Cloud instance.

      If the field is not populated with a Cloud URL, that is an indication that the user hasn't verified their email which is helpful from a troubleshooting standpoint when users can't login.
