Summary
The "Edit account* functionality is not capable of loading user profiles that have a mismatch on the email domain for the letter case.
How to reproduce
- Have an organization with a domain verified. (ie: example.com)
- Have an user that the email was created with uppercase letters on the domain. (ie: user@Example.com)
- Go to your organization's managed accounts and click to Edit account.
Expected behaviour
The edit account page loads with the profile.

Notes
The issue is only reproduced for already existing accounts, we've modified the user creation process to always put the emails in lowercase, which avoids this problem for future accounts.
Workaround
There is no workaround, please contact the Atlassian support for assistance, mentioning this bug.
