Issue Summary

When removing an Avatar on AdminHub, the avatar reappears

AdminHub recently added more features.

• Improvements to the managed account user details page:

• Adding the ability for an admin to reset a user’s avatar

• Adding in more profile fields that can be viewed or edited

• UX improvements

Environment

• All testing was done on Stage
• https://admin.stg.atlassian.com
• Have an existing member with an Avatar uploaded ready for test

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into AdminHub as an Admin
2. Browse to a member profile within the Directory
3. Click on Avatar
4. Select Remove Avatar
5. Refresh the Browser

Expected Results

• Avatar should not come back after removal
• Full Name Initials should appear in Avatar section

Actual Results

• When refreshing the browser, the Avatar comes back
• Possible cache issue?

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
